1. When can I get my orders delivered?

Your orders will be delivered within the next working hour upon payment confirmation based on your selected time slots of 10AM-1PM, 1PM-4PM and 4PM-6PM. (except peak season where there will be a slight delay of up to 3 hours).

You will receive a call from our NutriMen (our delivery rider) when they are on the way to your premises. In the event of a delay, beyond the mentioned standard duration, our customer service team will give you a call to inform you.

2. What is the area covered?

Our delivery covers the majority of Kota Kinabalu.

3. What should I do when my order is delivered?

You are encouraged to check your order to ensure that the items are delivered entirely in good condition. Should you encounter any issue upon receiving the request, kindly email us immediately to enquiry@nutribah.com and our customer service team will assist you. 4. I received an incomplete order. What should I do?

5. When should I inform Nutribah about damaged/ incomplete/ incorrect items delivered?

We appreciate it if you could notify us within 24 hours upon receiving damaged /incomplete/wrong produce. For more information regarding order issues, kindly refer to our Refund/Exchange policy here

6. Can Nutribah deliver my order to my office?

Nutribah will deliver your order according to the address provided during checkout, regardless whether it is a home or office address.

7. Can I pick up my order at Nutribah office?

Yes. Kindly indicate “Self-Pickup” upon checking out.

8. When can I pick up my order at Nutribah’s headquarters?

You may pick up your order the next hour. For example: If you ordered at 2:30 pm, you may collect the items from 3:30pm onwards at Nutribah’s headquarters.

Any payment amount made through promo code is not entitled to cancellation and refund.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Quality Assurance

Our products are freshly harvested from our farm & packaged daily upon receiving orders. We want to ensure that you receive only the freshest produce from us.

How to Request for a Replacement or Refund

You may request for product replacement for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect order
  • Missing items
  • Damaged items during delivery
  • Produce has rotting parts.

You may ask for a refund for the following reasons:

  • Replacement items out of stock
  • Replacement items do not match our product details

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us at enquiry@nutribah.com and provide the following details:
Step 1: Email and provide us with the following information.

  1. Name
  2. Contact Number
  3. Order Number
  4. Unsatisfactory photos of produce
  5. Feedback of the product.

Step 2: Our customer service team will attend your queries.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Kindly ensure the details mentioned above are submitted to us, within 24 hours upon receiving the order. This gesture will ensure that the photos taken can reflect the actual condition of the product when you receive it.
  • Kindly note that Refund/Exchange are subject to case to case basis.
  • Refund/Exchange will only be processed when the info provided is accurate and fulfil our terms & conditions.
  • You are required to return the old order in its full original packaging when we deliver the replacement to you.
  • Should the replacement product is out of stock; we will replace the item with a similar value or refund the specific product.
  • Nutribah will bear the delivery fee for your replacement items.
  • We reserve the rights to make amendments to the ‘Return & Refund Policy’ without prior notice.
